ICA 326: Mass Media Law & Ethics
According to BUIC course description, ICA 326-Mass Media Law is:
Law and agency procedures as they relate to the communication field. Emphasis is placed on the study of regulation of commercial speech, news privilege, and the conflicts between the press and the judicial system. The direction of public policy is examined through an analysis of judicial decisions and legal commentaries. Case studies of legal and ethical issues will be discussed.
