According to BUIC course description, ICA 315-Public Relations as Communication Management is:
…an introduction to publics, organization-environment relationships, structures, practices and processes from a communication theory and research perspective. Special attention is paid on multi-phased approach to public relations highlighting the PR subprocesses of task identification, task analysis, and task performances.
